Be involve

2 hours down again 15 hours left.
Today I found that my mentor is a model! Cover photo for skyline summer book. I like how my mentor is involve with the campus. He's not one of those counselors that just sit in their room and type things. He's out there with the student, being active with them. We had three appointments today and I like how its about the same topic. Today we worked on helping students out with their units. He talked to them which class to take to get to the UC or state they want to transfer at. He showed them that there's a way to make it easier for them. He really helps them out with what they need. I want to be a counselor like him because he's involve with the campus,students and teaching. Instead of teaching a class I want to coach. I want to be involve and be active.  WE GOT THIS!!! 10 hours in total

Another 2 hours done for me 17 hours to go.
After 2 weeks not going to my mentor cause of family issues and medical issues, I finally met up with him. For this day though he didnt have any appointment. So, we mostly talked and walked around. He showed me around the campus. We went to the learning center and the library of the campus. We talked about what happened on the rock the school bells event. He gave me a free shirt from the event, limited edition. He had a meeting with his intern that day though. They talked about what she was going to do on Thursday for Mr. Nevado's class.
